I'm Favour Wonukuru — an Executive Operations professional who partners with founders and executives to keep the machine running while they focus on what only they can do.

My path is unusual. I'm an undergraduate in Medical Laboratory Science, and along the way I chose to intentionally build a second discipline: executive operations, operational systems, AI productivity, research, and strategic support. The lab trained me in precision, protocol, and the habit of asking “why is this happening?” before jumping to answers — the same instincts I now bring to founder support.

I work best where things are ambiguous. I turn scattered priorities into calendars that protect focus, noisy inboxes into cleared queues, unstructured questions into decision-ready briefs, and repetitive work into AI-powered workflows. My default is to anticipate — to build the system, draft the response, or prepare the brief before it's asked for.
